What is SeeJewel?
Jewellery software for the whole business, with customers built in. The counter at today’s gold rate, stock by weight and HUID, karigar job work, purchase, repairs, GST and Tally share one customer record with your WhatsApp and Instagram inbox, Google reviews, posts on every platform, your SeeJewel showroom and try-on for your customers.
Is there all-in-one software for jewellers?
SeeJewel is: one inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website chat and Google reviews; a jewellery ERP for the counter, stock, workshop, purchase, repairs and books; a CRM; posts, broadcasts and ads; your online showroom with AR and AI try-on; and HR and payroll, on one record.
Does the AI act on its own, or wait for me?
Every AI feature says which: Runs on its own (like the menu bot and review thank-yous), Drafts for your team, Waits for your approval, or When you ask. Anything that moves money or messages many customers waits for a person.
How long does it take to switch?
Most shops bill in SeeJewel in the first week. We bring customers, stock and ledgers across from Tally or Excel, connect your WhatsApp with you, and you can bill in both systems until the team is settled.
Can I sign in with my mobile number?
Yes. Jewellers sign in with their mobile number and a one-time code, or with Google, or an email code. A new shop needs only your name, mobile and shop name.
What does it cost?
You can start free. Your price for the modules you need is shared with you after a demo. Signed-in jewellers see the plans in their dashboard.
Is my data safe, and can I leave?
Each person signs in as themselves, roles limit what they see, changes are logged, and you can export your data or delete your account at any time.
Does SeeJewel take a cut of my sales?
No. Customers who find you on SeeJewel book with you and pay you directly.
About the products.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
For WhatsApp in the inbox, yes. We connect it with you. You can start with practice channels and website chat before that.
Can several people use it at once?
Yes. Each team member signs in with their own login and sees the chats their role allows.
What happens after 24 hours on WhatsApp?
WhatsApp allows approved templates after 24 hours. The inbox shows when the window closes and offers your templates.
Does SeeJewel take a commission on sales?
No. Customers book with you and pay you directly. SeeJewel does not collect jewellery payments.
Must I show prices?
No. Each piece can show a price, follow today’s rate, or say “Ask the jeweller”.
Who checks the listings?
You declare your pieces and are responsible for them. SeeJewel can pause a showroom that misuses the marketplace.
Do customers need an app?
No. It runs in the phone’s browser.
Do I need 3D files?
A CAD file is best. Without one, we can model selected pieces on request.
Is the size exact?
No. It shows the look. For exact size use Virtual AR on rings, or measurements in the shop.
Can I keep my old billing software for a while?
Yes. Many jewellers bill in both for a few weeks until the team is comfortable.
Does it print on thermal printers?
Bills print from the browser on A4 or A5; thermal formats can be set up on request.
Does an estimate change stock?
No. Stock moves only when it is billed.
Can customers pay online?
Customers pay you directly. SeeJewel can send a UPI payment request from the inbox.
Can customers order from a card?
They reply in the chat or book a visit; your team confirms.
Do you build new websites?
Yes, on request, with everything above built in. We quote after seeing what you need.
Do I need to connect my accounts?
Yes, Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile are connected once with you.
What does a WhatsApp broadcast cost?
Meta charges per marketing conversation. You pay only for what you send.
Can AI reply to reviews?
Yes, if you turn it on; otherwise your saved replies are used.
Who pays for the ads?
You pay Meta directly for the ads you run.
Is it my real piece?
Yes. The pictures are made from your piece; check every image before you publish it.
Can I import my existing customers?
Yes, from Excel or CSV, and from Tally ledgers. We help match duplicates.
Can staff see phone numbers?
Only roles you allow. Others see masked numbers.
Does the AI change anything by itself?
No. It proposes; you confirm.
Does it work without internet AI?
Quick answers from your records work even when the AI service is slow.
Is this the same as Google Analytics?
No, it counts jewellery actions per piece; you can add Google Analytics too.
Do I have to use every part?
No. Start with billing and stock; switch on the rest when you are ready.
Will my CA be able to use it?
Yes. GST figures and the Tally export are made for them.
Does it support RFID?
Yes, with keyboard-mode RFID readers that type the tag.
Which purities are supported?
Gold 24K to 9K, silver 999 and 925, and platinum.
Do I need purchase orders?
No. You can record goods received directly.
Can karigars see their own account?
You can share their statement on WhatsApp.
Is the repair charge taxed?
It is billed on your GST bill; confirm the rate for repair services with your accountant.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. It gives them clean figures.
Is there a limit on branches?
It depends on your plan; we share it after the demo.
Is there a cost to migrate?
Standard imports are part of onboarding.
Can staff request leave themselves?
Yes, from My work, once their login is linked.
Can staff sign in with their phone?
Yes, with a one-time code, once their number is linked.
