Choose one installation option. Setup charges are alternatives, not added together. Capture/download and basic catalogue controls are included. Engagement reporting and supported website connections are scoped during onboarding. Monthly AI images and the complete SeeJewel workspace are not included in website-only packages.
Prices assume a supported website and compatible supplied models. Your quotation states the models included in routine preparation and calibration. Complex conversion, missing materials, custom website work and additional traffic are quoted after review. An existing Max customer does not pay another monthly fee for included website access.

Plan questions
Is Virtual AR free for customers?
Yes. Exploring enabled SeeJewel designs and prepared sample demos is free for customers, without AI image-credit deductions. A jeweller's own active AR collection is included from Growth. Each supplied CAD model needs preparation, validation and attachment calibration before publication.
What is an AR design?
One prepared jewellery model enabled for live camera try-on. Different geometry generally needs a separate model; supported finish changes can remain variants. AR capacity is separate from inventory capacity and AI image credits.
Do AR screenshots use credits?
No. Capture and download are included in live AR. Saving an AR screenshot does not generate a new AI image or use an AI image credit.
Can I change my AR collection?
Yes. Archive an enabled design and activate another within your active-design allowance. Preparing and calibrating a new CAD model may cost extra; your onboarding quotation defines the scope.
Who pays for AI photo Try On?
Customer registration is free. AI photo Try On of a registered jeweller's catalogue uses that showroom's credits, not a customer payment. Customers also receive five one-time personal trial AI images for pieces outside registered catalogues. This is separate from free Virtual AR.
What is an image credit?
One completed AI photo Try On image uses one credit. A credit is reserved when generation starts and returned if generation fails. The movement and any refund appear in the credit ledger. Virtual AR does not use these credits.
Does the free trial refill?
No. A new verified jeweller receives 10 one-time introductory images. Customer personal trials are also one-time. Paid image allocations follow the active contract and billing period.
What happens when credits run out?
Try-ons pause when the available wallet balance is exhausted. Low-balance and exhausted-credit alerts appear in the jeweller workspace. Request a plan upgrade or additional images through support; the catalogue remains available.
How much do extra images cost?
Additional images cost INR 14 each, with one credit per completed image. Purchases and plan changes are arranged through SeeJewel support. Razorpay checkout and automatic wallet recharge are not enabled yet.
Can my website offer Virtual AR and AI photo Try On?
Yes. Max at INR 9,999/month and Enterprise include website access; Growth website access is an optional quoted upgrade. Website-only AR starts at INR 4,500/month for 50 designs. Installation is a separate one-time charge, from INR 7,500. Approved website origins and reviewed SKU models are required. Website-only AR does not include monthly AI photo images or the full SeeJewel CRM and inventory workspace.
Are customer details and photos saved?
Customer contact details, selected catalogue designs and enquiries can connect to the jeweller's SeeJewel CRM. Camera AR and downloaded photos stay on the customer's device by default; they are not silently added to the CRM. Photo storage or marketing use needs appropriate customer choices.
Does booking collect a jewellery payment?
No. The selected jeweller confirms the booking, availability, final product price and visit, collection or supported delivery arrangements. Jewellery payment and fulfilment stay with that seller.
Is full accounting ERP included?
Inventory, store stock, customer CRM and booking operations are connected. General-ledger accounting, GST filing, manufacturing ERP, external CRM synchronisation and automated retargeting are not included.
