Welcome to SeeJewel

Your connected showroom

One workspace for your jewellery, stock, customers and bookings. One customer experience for discovering city jewellers, trying a design and choosing the right piece.

Jewellery and inventory

Your product records

Original photos, a unique SKU, price, material, purity, weight and measurements. Add size and colour options only when you need them.

Store stock and variants

Organise designs by built-in or custom category. Track quantities, variants, transfers and movements across the stores included in your plan.

QR, SKU and photo lookup

Use a product QR or SKU to open its record. Photo matching ranks visually similar candidates in your own stock and is not an authentication service.

Try-on and customer CRM

A preview on your customer

Use a camera photo or gallery upload with the original product photograph. The output is an illustrative preview; the real piece determines exact design, size and fit.

Connected customer records

Keep names, contact details, tried pieces, generated previews, notes and consent preferences linked to the right showroom.

An auditable credit wallet

One completed image uses one credit. Reservations and refunds are recorded, failed generations return their credit, and low balances create alerts.

City discovery and bookings

Your public showroom

Share your logo, shop address, contact details and approved collection. Directory entries are distinct from registered sellers and do not imply a partnership.

Booking requests

Customers request a shop visit, store pickup or home delivery where you offer it. Your team confirms availability, price and fulfilment and follows up from the workspace.

Shareable product links

Use your storefront link and printable QR labels on counters, displays and messages. Customers can discover the design and continue to its try-on or booking.

Team access and website integration

Role-aware operations

Team access follows assigned permissions. Customer records, images, inventory and usage remain scoped to the relevant jeweller; meaningful changes are audited.

Store and plan allowances

Inventory design, store, team and image allowances follow the active contract. Max covers up to five stores and Enterprise up to ten, with custom arrangements through support.

Website try-on widget

Eligible Max and Enterprise jewellers can use an origin-approved website widget. Mobile-native login, a full headless commerce SDK and automatic payments are separate work.

Start with your real collection

New verified jewellers receive 10 one-time introductory images. Customers register free; catalogue try-ons use the chosen jeweller's balance. Jewellery payments and fulfilment remain with the seller. Full accounting ERP, GST filing, external CRM synchronisation and automated retargeting are not included.
